A very good friend of my mum, Marie Mckean who left this world in 2020, Val was a wonderfully kind and generous person who remained positive and generous thoroughout her life. She has done so much for the Sweet Pea Show in particular and developed much admiration through this work. Her daughter, Janet, has remained one of my best friends and I have so many lovely memories of going to Val's house with Janet and always finding a 4 legged friend in the kitchen! Val, you will be hugely missed but you have moved to a better place and am sure will be reorganising everything up there with my Mum. Janet, I will always be there for you x
